Almost but not quite Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 Black ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler Review

Although I had intended to review the Thermalright cooler on this page, due to damages in shipping the unit I recieved wasn't something I was willing to keep. I then looked at other coolers, including ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 56.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler, but due to shipping times this was un available as well.
